  +JMJ Lovely house of prayer and worship! To this day, I can recall a portion of the homily given by the parish priest. Now, that is effective preaching! The Church is simple but has a visual atmosphere which lends itself to transcendental thought! Also, the parish community was very friendly. This was my first visit to Berkeley Springs and to this Church and yet, two parishioners (elderly ladies) invited by friend and I to join them for lunch. They really fulfilled the quote, "You will know we are Christians by our love." This is so true. The parish Church is were the faith-filled come together to pray, to worship, to fellowship and to receive spiritual guidance and support. It came be like Heaven on Earth.
